With a distinguished career in various areas of healthcare, Dr. Moreno has worked at prestigious institutions such as Hospital General Regional IMSS No. 1 and ISSSTE Tijuana, where he currently serves as the Night Shift Deputy Medical Director. His experience includes medical management and administration, as well as the management of chronic diseases and COVID-19 prevention.
