I really felt that Hairfix was transparent and kind. They took care of my health first and that's why for me Hairfix has been the best option.

The experience was seamless and professional. They picked me up from the San Diego airport and drove me across the border, and the hotel they arranged was very nice; clean, modern, and surrounded by great restaurants (the food both inside and nearby was excellent). The clinic itself was clean and well-organized, and Dr. Karla Saldívar did an amazing job. My new hairline looks natural and symmetrical, and the spacing of the grafts is incredibly consistent (pic below is about five days after surgery). I also really appreciated how clean the donor area looks with no signs of overharvesting at all. This place was almost too good of a deal that it actually made me a little nervous, but they really showed up. And I thought I would get harassed to leave this review, but they’ve only asked me to review once in the first month. So… here you go! Had my procedure done in late December. I live in OC so easy drive down and overnight stay in great hotel next to clinic. Was provided with a medical pass for crossing border so return was a breeze. My results over the last six months has been steady and just had my six month appointment with Dr. Moreno. He did my procedure and now my crown has filled in and looks natural and my hair line in front looks much fuller. Dr Moreno guided me through the process expertly and gave me prescription for 2 meds as well as recommended hair vitamins and shampoo to use. It took three months for the hair to grown out and looks natural fuller but after six months it now is much fuller and continues to fill out. Could not recommend more and appreciate the artistry in which the doctor inserted the follicles. I have seen some where the crown does not look natural but mine looks like a natural swirl and the hair line looks perfect. Thank you for the entire crew who assisted me on this journey, Jazmin and the care team were wonderful. Can not believe that after seeing an add on Instagram and getting in touch how easy the entire the made it. DMD2025-07-22Trustindex verifica que la fuente original de la reseña sea Google. I have thought about getting a hair transplant since my late twenties. I'm now in my early 60s. I'm a hair stylist by trade. So I'm lucky in the shared knowledge of products and medicines to help regrow hair over the years. I have been medicinally helping my hair growth with topical Minoxidil 5% and Finerestide 5mg. At my current age 63, I have more hair now than I did 10 years ago but still wanted more... Lol. Greedy I guess 😉. A friend of mines son who is in his mid thirties was also interested in a hair transplant. That started my quest of research including having in-person consultations, zoom calls, and emails from doctors and clinics here in San Diego all the way to Turkey. I've had some other work done including dental, done in Mexico before, with lots of research, and have been extremely pleased with my results and it also made it affordable to me. To say I did a lot of research is an understatement of finding "HairFix" Hair Transplant Clinic in Tijuana Mexico. And to say that I had questions and sent multitudes of novel length questions in email is an understatement. Aron and Jazmin both answered all of my questions in detail and in a very timely manner and made the decision for me very easy to make. And from the words of the comedian "Mateo Lane" who has a comedy bit about himself getting a hair transplant in New York, "I just wanted to be ugly at home". Same here.. lol. I thought about going to Turkey because of its reputation and pricing. Personally to fly for that many hours two times in one week and to be in a country where if something went wrong, that's something I really didn't want to put myself through. But to my surprise HairFix Clinic in Mexico actually beat the price of me flying halfway around the world with a simple trip to Mexico, which I was picked up by a courtesy driver at my apartment in San Diego and driven to the clinic and returned home the same way two days later. This was also part of the decision making being made very easy, this was exactly what I was looking for. Being picked up and driven to Mexico to the clinic, which is located in a newly built medical high-rise building and accommodations made by the clinic for me at the Quest Hotel connected to the same building. I never had to leave the compound. Everything I needed from restaurants and pharmacy to a spa and gym if desired was within footsteps. It has been almost one week since surgery. Everything seems to be going well. I'm following all the directions and resting and taking care of myself and my newly placed hair, and I have high hopes as time progresses to see the end result. A lot of my clients are excited to see me over the next few months. They have a somewhat rare opportunity to see an individual that they know and trust from before, beginning, during, final stages of a hair transplant. I have men and women both clients that are almost as excited as I am.. lol. And also a big shout out to Dr. Eduardo Moreno Martinez, who did my surgery. I am self-aware that I am extremely picky, somewhat a perfectionist, possibly OCD and anal retentive, but I'm a damn good hair stylist, and I can confidently say that Dr. Martinez placement of the hair transplants on my front hairline is perfection 👏 here's to growing my hair out and having a new style for the first time in decades 🥳 Clark Gaston2025-07-14Trustindex verifica que la fuente original de la reseña sea Google. Absolutely great experience, they are the upmost professionals. I couldn’t be happier with my results! The all inclusive deal is the best deal around- The doctor is so precise I barely felt any pain at all Alex Sweat2025-06-20Trustindex verifica que la fuente original de la reseña sea Google. Just had a procedure done to clean up and thicken my beard line to make it symmetrical as well as have my widows peak hairline improved.. Hairfix gave me the best deal after calling around multiple clinics and Dr. Eduardo and his assistant Aron made the process very smooth and comfortable. I’m very happy with the results it was a lot less painful and stressful than I would have imagined! Slept through most of it. If you’ve been considering a hair transplant don’t wait do it now you will thank yourself! Will send follow up photos later after recovery Evan McSorley2025-05-29Trustindex verifica que la fuente original de la reseña sea Google. Such a great experience! Dr. Moreno, Ivan and Velaria were wonderful to work with. If you have any hesitation or doubt about this procedure, lose that feeling. I had clear communication about getting picked up in San Diego, staying at the hotel in Tijuana, and the procedure itself. Even the food I had during my time in TJ was incredible (ask Dr. Moreno's opinion). The pain was minimal and only for about 60 seconds of the day (6/10 pain level). I felt relaxed and comfortable for the rest of the procedure. You might wonder, why is the hairline angled? - No hairline is perfectly straight. It makes more sense to have a natural look and the distance from my eyebrow to the hairline is the same on each side. Why is there not more hair transplanted? - Density is important. It is important to keep density in the back as well as the top. If I decide, I can improve density with a second procedure in a year or so. Is going to Tijuana scary? - No. You might be nervous but look at it as an adventure. My time there was calm, pleasant and friendly. Again, the food was amazing. Every question I had was clearly answered. I am excited to see how my hair continues to grow! Ivan L2025-04-17Trustindex verifica que la fuente original de la reseña sea Google. I had an exceptional experience with Hair Fix Restoration. The clinic provides professional and responsive service for anyone seeking hair restoration. During my initial visit, Dr. Karla Saldivar examined my scalp and informed me that she couldn't proceed with the procedure because I had plaque psoriasis. She recommended that I treat the condition first, and I truly appreciated her transparency and guidance, even though we had to postpone the procedure. After following her prescribed medication for a month, I returned and successfully completed my hairline restoration. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Karla Saldivar and Hair Fix, as the accommodations included in the package are definitely worth it. Throughout the entire process leading up to the procedure, I received consistent communication from the nurses and hospitality manager Aron and Jasmine, who kept me informed and checked in to ensure everything was on track. On the day of the procedure, I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Saldivar's bedside manner, as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the nurses and staff. The facility itself was clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. After the procedure, I received detailed instructions to help ensure a successful recovery in the weeks ahead. I highly recommend this clinic—it's one of the best in Tijuana, Mexico. I am truly satisfied with my choice and give them top ratings for their outstanding service! Roger Bueno2025-04-14Trustindex verifica que la fuente original de la reseña sea Google. Everyone was so professional and nice. The hotel was great and I enjoyed grabbing tacos right across the street of the hotel. I was picked up from San Diego and enjoyed a pleasant speedy ride to and from the clinic. Doctor Moreno was very professional and explained everything in detail. The procedure was fast and not painful. I am 30 days post op and will perhaps upload photos after a few more months. 😃 Overall, I am glad I finally booked this procedure!
